How much does Medicare cover?
+Medicare Part B generally covers 80% of the approved amount for outpatient therapy services. You are responsible for the remaining 20% coinsurance and any applicable deductibles, unless you have additional coverage.
What if I have a Medigap (Supplemental) plan?
+If you have a Medigap policy, it may cover some or all of the remaining 20% coinsurance, depending on your plan.
What if I have Medicare Advantage or other insurance?
+Coverage depends on your plan. Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts vary. Our team can help check your benefits, but your insurance company makes the final determination.
Do you guarantee what I’ll pay before I start?
+No. While we help verify your benefits, only your insurance company can confirm what they will pay. If your insurer denies or reduces coverage, you are responsible for the balance. For an accurate explanation of your coverage, you will need to reach out to your insurance company for exact coverage amounts.
Are there cancellation or no-show fees?
+Yes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will may be charged a $75 cancellation/no-show fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.
